TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 05/02/16 — Peter Beck, founder and President of Orbixa Technologies Inc., today announced that a mediation date of July 12, 2016 has been set in Orbixa Technologies– $41.9 million lawsuit against JitneyTrade Inc., Oscar Ribeiro, Kamal Mansouri and Eidolon Systems Inc.

If the parties cannot come to a mutually acceptable settlement through mediation, then Orbixa Technologies– action will proceed to trial.
