Ramsay has nearly 20 years– experience working with companies to optimize their people practices and help leaders shift culture toward more effective employee engagement. In his role at Glint, Ramsay will apply his expertise to help organizations thrive through employee engagement transformation.
With a master–s degree in organizational development and proven success in organizational science-related roles as both an internal and external practitioner, Ramsay brings a unique perspective to the Glint team. Most recently, he was director of culture and talent intelligence at Symantec, where he focused on enabling leaders to make talent decisions with predictive and actionable insights, in turn positively impacting employee engagement and retention. Ramsay also served as vice president of client partnerships and managing director of the San Francisco Bay office for Sirota. There, he applied organizational science to help clients transform their approach to employee engagement, growing Sirota–s west coast client projects by 250 percent over three years. Ramsay has also held related positions at Silicon Graphics and Intuit.
He is the current vice chairman at , a consortium for California-based HR professionals, and has served as chairman of the Information Technology Survey Group, the leading employee research consortium for the world–s top-performing technology companies.
