Lite Access Technologies Awarded a Municipal Fibre Optic Network Build for the Township of Langley, BC

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwired) — 12/15/16 — LITE ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: LTE)(OTC PINK: LTCCF), a total integrated fibre optic solutions provider, announced today that it has been awarded a contract in the amount of $653,275 for the supply and installation of a fibre optic network build for the Township of Langley, British Columbia. Using Lite Access– proprietary micro-trench and air blown fibre optic technologies will enable connectivity to several Municipal buildings in the most future proof, non-disruptive and cost effective fibre manner possible.

Over the past few years, Lite Access has a built a strong working relationship with the Township of Langley as part of its Municipal Fibre Optic Network Expansion. The Company completed a 9.65km fibre optic network for Langley (see press release dated June 10, 2015) and this latest project will focus on providing and installing fibre optic cable and conduit along with vaults, splice cases, terminations from the Township of Langley Civic Centre to Fire Hall #4 and then to the Langley Event Centre. Work performed includes the supply and installation of conduits, fibre cable, pull boxes, splice boxes, interior conduits and fibre, transition panels, terminations panels, testing and all other appurtenances to complete the work.
