Kondal has led product management for industry leading technology companies, having previously served as the Director of Product Management at advertising technology firm and Senior Product Manager at e-commerce company . Before that, he served various product management and developer roles at Radialpoint, Verint Video Solutions Inc., and other technology companies.

Kondal will be in charge of driving product strategy and development across all of CDL–s solutions and partnerships. Prior to CDL, Kondal served as Director of Product Management at OpenX — which provides the highest yielding header bidding solution for publishers and one of the largest ad servers in the world — where he led the product vision and strategy for the company–s monetization platform, he significantly grew the business by delivering innovative features to extend the company–s product portfolio, including the latest header bidding technology.
As Senior Product Manager at Amazon he defined and evangelized product vision and strategy within the Consumer Engagement organization. There he developed qualitative and quantitative customer intimacy to lead customer-focused innovation and significant growth through all facets of Amazon–s outbound marketing platform. Kondal built the platform that is responsible for driving multi-billion dollars in revenue for Amazon through highly personalized email, SMS, and push notifications. During his time at Amazon, he also participated in enabling consumer engagement use-cases for social shopping, Amazon–s Prime, Kindle, Prime Now, and Alexa. Earlier in his career, Kondal worked as a full-stack software engineer building large-scale consumer and enterprise software at companies like Radialpoint, Verint, Matrox, and Ubisoft.
