Zylpha Selected As Approved G-Cloud 9 Supplier

Leading legal systems innovator Zylpha (www.zylpha.com) has been successfully approved as a supplier on G-Cloud 9, the Crown Commercial Service–s procurement framework for Cloud based computer services, hosted via the Digital Marketplace. The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) works with departments and organisations across the public sector to ensure that maximum value is extracted from all commercial relationships and to improve the quality of service delivery. The goal of the CCS is to become the “go-to” place for expert commercial and other procurement services.

Zylpha is a leader in the supply of Legal Process Automation technology. Its electronic bundling software is designed to automate the processing of document bundles, minimising the risk of error that is so inherent with manual processes. Now available under the G-Cloud 9 Framework, Zylpha significantly reduces the time taken for each stage of the process, therefore significantly lowering costs. It has also been integrated with systems from Visualfiles, SOS, Adobe, Civica, Iken, Proclaim and Peppermint.

As Zylpha’s secure legal document bundling software will now be available to the public sector through G Cloud 9, government users can save significant amounts of administrative time whilst eliminating the costs of maintaining paper-based files, physical storage and courier services. In addition, Zylpha’s software delivers the highest levels of secure communication, as the electronic files are encrypted before they are sent.

Commenting on the news, Zylpha’s CEO Tim Long said, “We always receive a significant amount of interest from government bodies. Naturally, therefore, we are delighted to be part of G-Cloud 9, the latest infrastructure to provide government departments and public bodies with a rapid and cost effective method of accessing and purchasing Cloud IT. We look forward to exploring those areas of central and local government where our systems can make a real difference under this scheme.”
