The choice of operating fronts and large interface surfaces allows them to be used in different areas of application, such as measurement and control engineering, medical and laboratory technology, control technology and environmental technology.
In addition to the already available EVOTEC 200, there are now the two versions 150 and 250. There is a choice of different top parts for each size: the EVOTEC 150 is available with 2 flat top parts that differ in height. Variations are possible here depending on the required interface panel or installation volume. The versions EVOTEC 200 and 250, on the other hand, are each available with a flat surface for each height, or as a desktop version with/without a recessed area. The control and indicator panels of the desktop versions are ergonomically inclined by 12°. This design makes them particularly pleasant to work with, and operating data can be recorded quickly and reliably. In addition, the EVOTEC 250 now offers sufficient space for the installation of 5.7″ displays with/without touch screen function. The plastic enclosures have a high degree of stability and are ideal for harsh working environments. Soft contours make for an elegant appearance and at the same time a modern application on the desktop. Large flat areas offer enough space for interfaces or displays. The enclosures are made of the UV-resistant, flame-resistant material ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0) in off-white (RAL 9002). The three sizes are available with the following dimensions (length x width x height): 200 with 200 x 124 x 45 mm, the 150 version with 150 x 93 x 35/45 mm, and the EVOTEC 250 with 250 x 155 x 54 mm. With an optional seal (accessory), all EVOTEC versions achieve the high IP 65 protection class. The top and bottom parts contain domes for securing PCBs. Self-tapping screws are also available in the range of accessories. The assembly kit for each enclosure contains stainless steel screws with Torx drive and non-slip rubber feet to ensure stable positioning on your desktop.
The EVOTEC enclosure range can be modified by our own Service Center according to customer specifications. Possible processing and finishing techniques are, for example, special colouring in accordance with customers– CI guidelines, machining processes for interfaces, a functional EMC aluminium coating on the inside of the enclosure, individual lettering and printing, the production and fitting of digital printed foils and much more.
