Mr. Spinelli brings extensive energy efficient, product manufacturing experience to assist with GEM-s expected future growth in the energy efficiency management sector. Mr. Spinelli, an inventor and patent holder, is President and founder of MHT Lighting (“MHT”), a manufacturer of specialty lighting, including proprietary LED products, induction lights, and street lights, all of which employ cutting edge energy efficient technologies. MHT has sold thousands of lighting and energy efficiency products since its inception. Mr. Spinelli is also the CEO of Power Metrics International, Inc. (“PMI”), the holder of patent pending technology and UL approved proprietary energy management systems.
