TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 06/29/15 — Tellza Communications Inc. (“Tellza”) (TSX: TEL) announced today that its business unit Tellza Technologies has signed an agreement to license its Console Enterprise and VoIP.net technology platforms to a UK based telecommunications carrier. This follows a successful implementation and trial period by the UK carrier of our platforms.
Console Enterprise is a network management, monitoring and accounting tool, designed for the Telecommunications market. VoIP.net is a VOIP softswitch platform. These systems together allow a telecommunications carrier to operate its business cost effectively with real time information, an essential tool in today–s carrier services marketplace.
Tellza Technologies– Console and VoIP.net platform are currently deployed by four telecommunications carriers. These four arrangements provide Tellza Technologies with $800,000 USD of annual recurring revenue. In addition, our platforms are currently in test phase with three additional carriers, while discussions about the value proposition of Console and VoIP.net are underway with several other telecommunications carriers.
Since 2006, Tellza has invested more than $7 Million USD designing, developing and testing our real time big data platforms, processing in excess of 40 billion real time traffic minutes in the telecommunications market. In 2014, we completed the development and deployment of VoIP.net, a key module in our suite of offerings for the telecommunications market. With the completion of our full suite of offerings in early 2015, we expanded our deployment of Console and VoIP.net to all of our carrier businesses, at which time we announced that we were ready to offer our platform to others in telecommunications industry.
Our deployment team will continue to work with telecommunications carriers to demonstrate the value proposition of our telecommunications offering. Our technology team has now started the process of assessing additional market verticals to deploy our proven big data real-time data management and monitoring suite of tools.
