ARSLink for SolutionManager 2.1: New interface between BMC ITSM Suite and the SAP Solution Manager ChaRm module

Saarbrücken, March 2012 – Mansystems, the integration specialist and service provider for IT service management and governance, publishes a functionally enhanced version of its approved integration tool, ARSLink for SolutionManager 2.1. The new version enables not only the established connection between the BMC Remedy Service Desk and the SAP Solution Manager Service Desk but also the integration of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Change Management with the SAP Solution Manager ChaRM module. The new release also features a completely redesigned user interface. Hereby Mansystems provides its customers an optimized solution to face the challenges in the IT service management environment.

ARSLink for SolutionManager 2.1 automates, manages and controls the system-wide Change Management Process, regardless whether there are changes to NON-SAP or SAP applications. The solution is based on the approved SAP-certified integration platform ARSXLink and accelerates the implementation and automation of standardized processes suitable for your enterprise.
