LAUDERDALE, FL — (Marketwired) — 03/06/15 — (OTC: MDNT) announced that exclusive of Mr. Jake Shapiro, all Officers and Directors of the Company have resigned, and that the Company will be filing to delist and will be filing a Form 25 with the SEC pursuant to Rule 12d2-2(c)(2)(ii). Mr. Shapiro will be temporarily remaining with the Company to facilitate payments to the Company–s creditors and any potential future dividends.
