As a new market player we have set approaching the semen analysis scientific area from other dimensions as a target so that this way we can find new paths leading to the completion of examinations effectively, reliably and pointing at the general. The objective of our project is to explore the synergies implied in community knowledge and to unify the methodologies existing in different forms as well as the figures.
MiBio provides a simple and rapid quantitative assessment of sperm quality, therefore it can be used to the reliable prediction the fertilizing ability of sperm.
• Unique and species-specific knowledgebase and reference base
• Iterative analytic methodology for more reliable analyses
• Automated diagnosis set up with derived statistical figures making analysis easier
• Storing the research results reliably and in a way making immediate trace back possible
• Unified documentation of the results
Scope of usage:
• Environmental impact assessment – EIA
• Reproductive ability test – RAT
• Preliminary investigation of pesticide – PIP
• Human drog testing – HDT
With MiBio you can monitor the effects of heavy metal pollutants on sperm quality, select the most appropriate broodstock, improve the efficiency of cryopreservation and storage of semen, optimizie conditions for fertilization etc.
To learn more about the product and the MiBio project visit our stand at the 3rd International Workshop on the Biology of Fish Gametes will be held in Budapest, Hungary on September 7-9.
The MiBio project has been realised by the financing of the common award of the “Applying artificial intelligence interdisciplinarily in the correlation of animal bio-technology and informatics” KMOP-1.1.1-09/1 tender granted to Trilobita together with the Fishery Department of Szent István University, Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.
The project was established with the support of the European Union and by the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund. The amount of the subsidy granted by the European Union and by the Hungarian State is: 119 228 036 HUF.
