The firm recently announced its new organizational structure in April with the arrival of its new General Director, Mrs. Emilie Baillargeon.

Over the course of her career, Mrs. Baillargeon has occupied diverse managerial positions in which her versatility has played a major asset and will continue to do so in her new role with Kelvin Emtech. Focusing on customer service and possessing a keen analytical mind, she will be tasked with ensuring that the growth of operations is aligned with current market growth. Her vast experience within operations makes her the ideal person for this position, and to support the growth of Kelvin Emtech.

Eric Stephenne, ing. (former General Director) now occupies the position of Vice President, Operations and Director of Infrastructure. To contribute to its organizational development, Mr. Stephenne will play a key role diffusing the values of quality and passion that are revered by the company and have shaped its reputation for almost twenty years. Mr. Stephenne will be supported by Marc Bachkongi, ing., who is the new Deputy Director of Engineering. Together they will ensure Kelvin Emtech continues to lead its projects with the expertise and perfectionism that characterizes the organization and affirms its success.

The company-s growth is also accompanied by openness to new perspectives. To better understand the challenges of the market, Mr. Serge Bergeron and Mr. Normand Laniel have been appointed to Vice President, Strategic Projects and Director, Strategic Projects respectively.
