Candidate Experience Awards Debut in the U.K.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and LONDON — (Marketwire) — 05/14/12 — The Candidate Experience Awards, a non-profit organisation focused on facilitating the evolution of the employment candidate experience, today announced details of the first-ever U.K. (CandEs). Following the remarkable success of the Talent Board-s North American 2011 awards program, the organisation has begun global expansion of the CandEs, strategically developing a corresponding program that addresses cultural nuances of the region. The 2012 nomination period is currently open, and employers can begin the process by visiting .

To support expansion and lead the U.K. program, the Talent Board welcomed new member, , partner at . An experienced recruiting professional and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) pioneer, Jeremy takes special interest in helping employers optimise their talent acquisition processes and advancing the candidate experience. He is well-versed in the industry-s leading and most innovative talent acquisition services and technologies.

The CandEs competition consists of three survey rounds designed to recognise organisations that produce outstanding candidate experiences. Round one is comprised of a multi-dimensional survey designed to capture and evaluate the nominated company-s recruitment processes and practices impacting the candidate experience. The submission deadline for this phase of the award process is June 15, 2012.

U.K.-based companies that advance in the competition and are recognised as CandE winners will be celebrated at a special Candidate Experience Awards ceremony later this year. Participation is confidential and free for employers.
