Mr. Mayne will preside over IGC-s accounting, financial analysis, treasury, and tax, and will lead the legal and operations teams. He is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years- experience in finance, analysis and reporting. Before joining IGC, he oversaw accounting at both large and small enterprises, including Viasoft, Inc., a $113 million company that provided highly-integrated information technology (IT) solutions for business, where he was Director of Finance through the eventual sale of the company.
