SEAL Boot Camp Kicks Off National NWN Training

BIRMINGHAM, AL — (Marketwire) — 09/27/12 — NWN-s NVision Software Solutions Consulting Services team kicked off SEAL (Sales Emersion and Learning), a national 12-month sales training program. Ten sales reps from across the U.S. came together in Birmingham for an intensive two-day “boot camp” where they participated in workshops on custom application development.

“The SEAL program is designed to immerse our sales team in NVision, from messaging to business plan development to speaking with customers,” says Tim Blackmon, vice president of software solutions and services. “The training empowers our sales reps across the U.S. to help their customers solve business problems with NWN-s exceptional custom software development solutions.”

The training is just the beginning of a 12-month process, with weekly cadence calls planned to review pipelines, business plans and provide sales support. In addition, monthly educational webinars will be conducted with sales teams in each of NWN-s regions.

Molly Harper, public sector account manager for the Carolinas, says she feels very fortunate to have been a part of the initial SEAL training. “I have been with NWN for about eight years and feel I have a brand new opportunity selling the NVision team into my accounts. This training has given me enough confidence to go out and seek new opportunities. I am excited that it positions NWN as a true value, offering services that not just everyone can do.”
