SANTA CLARA, CA — (Marketwire) — 10/02/12 — RecBob announced today the launch of their rec sports management technology at DEMO Fall 2012, world-renowned for launching the most innovative companies in enterprise, mobile, cloud computing, consumer, social media and disruptive technologies.
The RecBob application, built on Facebook, is the first-ever platform for adult rec sport teams and fans. The technology manages logistics for players by sending game reminders, contacting subs and creating a seamless system for league fee payments. In addition to building a network of teams, RecBob is focused on connecting with friends, family and supporters to create an engaging fan-base for players.
Other features under development include coordination of multi-facility leagues, facilitation of merchandising, registrations and ticketing, as well as the ability to unlock rewards from local and national businesses.
