NEW YORK, NY — (Marketwire) — 10/19/12 — WSJ. Magazine named Jack Dorsey -Innovator of the Year- for Technology at its annual award ceremony last night at the Museum of Modern Art. The award honors the most creative, disruptive, and influential individuals across six categories including Fashion, Architecture, Design, Education, Art and Technology. Dorsey, 35, was recognized for his work as CEO of Square, Executive Chairman of Twitter and co-founder of both companies.
Dorsey founded Twitter in 2006 and Square in 2009 and plays an active role in both companies.
