The mobile optimized website arrives just in time for the 25th anniversary of MADD Canada-s Project Red Ribbon campaign. Beginning with a national launch on Parliament Hill in Ottawa on November 1, and continuing with provincial and local events throughout November and December, Project Red Ribbon raises awareness about the need for sober driving throughout the busy holiday season. Between November 1 and the first Monday following New Year-s Day, millions of MADD Canada-s iconic red ribbons will be distributed to Canadians to tie on their cars, backpacks, purses, briefcases and key chains as a sign of their commitment to sober driving. The ribbons also serve as a tribute to all those victims who have been killed and injured in impaired driving crashes.
