TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 11/01/12 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. (“Jonas”) has completed the acquisition of London & Zurich Plc. (“L&Z”). The L&Z acquisition represents Jonas- entrance into the Direct Debit & Collection Management Services sector in the United Kingdom.
