SACRAMENTO, CA — (Marketwire) — 11/08/12 — RagingWire Data Centers, the nation-s premier , announced today that it has successfully completed its latest Statement on Standards and Attestation Engagements No. 16 (SSAE 16) Type 2 examination with zero exceptions, for both its Sacramento, California and Ashburn, Virginia data center campuses. The final report, known as the Type 2 Service Organization Controls or SOC 1, was completed for the period from September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012 for the Sacramento campus and from July 1, 2012 to August 31, 2012 for the Ashburn campus. The examination was performed by Brightline CPAs and Associates, a nationally recognized independent accounting and auditing firm.

SSAE 16 replaced the Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) effective June 15, 2011.
