WordLogic Corporation-Corrective Release

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 12/06/12 — WordLogic Corporation (OTCQB: WLGC) – On November 30, 2012, the Company inadvertently issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Frank Evanshen as the Company-s CEO and President and the appointment of Mr. Paul Silverstein as his successor. However, this press release was issued in error as the Company-s board of Directors had yet to hold any meeting regarding the change in the Company-s executive officers. The Board of Directors intends to convene in the near future to consider these matters, however until such time that the Board is available to meet, Mr. Evanshen remains as the Company-s CEO and President. Following the meeting of the Board the Company will make an announcement relating to these matters, if necessary.

Mr. Evanshen commented, “The Company apologizes for this inadvertent announcement and will undertake to ensure that such mistakes don-t happen in the future. Also, we apologize for any confusion that this may have caused.”
