SAN JOSE, CA and MONTPELIER, VT — (Marketwire) — 12/13/12 — is pleased to announce that completed Phase I implementation of ISCS-s flagship product, SurePower Innovation®. The new system provides UMVT a flexible, fully web-based platform to deliver market-leading service to its policyholders and increased ease of doing business to independent agents.
This Phase I implementation brings UMVT live with four major lines of business — homeowners, personal auto, personal umbrella and business owners — in six New England states, representing over 95 percent of the company-s policies. The implementation was accomplished in less than 18 months using state-of-the-art software modules for real-time rating and quoting insurance coverage, issuing and managing policies, print and electronic correspondence, billing, and Web access for policy holders and independent agents.
