, a leading provider of next generation and , today announced the appointment of Frank Smith as Chief Information Officer of the company. Smith, a 30 year tech industry veteran, is tasked with the evolution of the company-s technology assets in order to help drive Aspect-s solution leadership.
Smith comes to Aspect after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Booz Allen Hamilton where he operated as Co-Chair of the CIO Leadership Council which guides the priorities and investments regarding that firm-s technology infrastructure. Prior to that, he served as global CIO at Capgemini Ernst & Young in Paris, where he was responsible for the organization-s application, global infrastructure, and information security programs.

Through his global competencies and organizational change experience, Smith brings diverse industry expertise and credibility to both enterprise customers and partners. Throughout his career and experiences in Europe and Asia Pacific where he served major enterprise clients in financial services, telecom, energy, healthcare, and many other sectors, he was the “go to” professional for large scale infrastructure technology transformation.
