Gaming Standards Association Begins Development of Compliance Verification Tool (CVT)

LAS VEGAS, NV — (Marketwire) — 01/23/13 — During 2012, , the world-s leading gaming standards-setting organization, the development of its Compliance Verification Tool (CVT), a crucial tool enabling easy verification of compliance with GSA-s landmark and award-winning G2S (Game To System) protocol standard. Now GSA is proud to announce it has fully funded the CVT development, thanks to the generous support of several members.

GSA member company will begin development immediately of the tool, while working directly with GSA-s Certification Interoperability Committee (CIC).

Funding and development of the CVT is a serious industry-wide undertaking. The finished tool will be a critical element in guaranteeing device and system interoperability in land-based and online gaming spaces worldwide and across the industry spectrum.
