As CFO, Frank Hunt is responsible for the day-to-day planning, managing and controlling all financial-related activities including investor relations. Before joining Connotate, Frank served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Reval.com, Inc., a treasury and risk management software company. Frank-s prior experience also includes over 10 years leading the finance organization at Centennial Communications, a private equity-backed $1B revenue company in NJ that was acquired by AT&T in 2010 for $2B. Frank holds a BS in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and has been a CPA since 1989.
Jeff Sacks is a savvy online marketer with deep experience in online health content, financial services and consumer packaged goods — in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. As Connotate-s CMO, Jeff brings extensive management experience in championing change and is expanding the company-s marketing reach at the organizational, strategic and operational levels. Jeff has consulted to major companies on Web marketing and, most recently, was executive vice president, marketing for a division of Elsevier Health Sciences. Prior to Elsevier, Jeff was a senior marketing executive at WebMD. Jeff also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
As Connotate-s VP of engineering, Bogdan Sabac leads the company-s development of next generation data collection and monitoring solutions. With over 15 years- experience in technology innovation and enterprise software architecture, Bogdan-s recent technical leadership roles include manager of server and Web applications at ALK Technologies and co-founder and VP of engineering for Inovix Inc. Bogdan holds a M.Sc. in Image, Forms and Artificial Intelligence and a B.Sc. in Applied Electronics, and is the author or co-author of two dozen peer-reviewed research papers.
