VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 02/26/13 — Vision Critical, the leading provider of insight community technologies, announced that Gord Baizley has been appointed to chief strategy officer. Baizley has spent the last seven years as chief financial officer of Vision Critical where he has led the company to its current, healthy financial position. In his new role, Baizley will work closely with the executive management team in creating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives that will include a variety of partnerships and alliances to support corporate development.
Baizley will be responsible for enhancing the functionality of the Vision Critical Insight Community platform through technology partnerships enabling third party application integration. He will also be charged with developing strategic alliances to facilitate the distribution of Vision Critical-s products through new channels and platforms. In addition, Baizley will work to further develop the company-s market research and consulting partner program, under which a network of research consultancies around the world would drive the use of Vision Critical technology.
