Talent management software market leader, , has named former Cognos CEO and IBM General Manager, Rob Ashe, to its Board of Directors. Ashe-s appointment further bolsters the company-s software leadership strength, and supports Halogen-s growth strategy as a leader in the SaaS talent management market.
Ashe brings significant experience leading fast-growth software companies in competitive global markets with long term success. Serving as CEO and on the board of Cognos Inc, he helped grow the company into a $1Billion-plus business intelligence (BI) software giant, with a reputation for customer excellence and being an employer of choice. Following the acquisition of Cognos by IBM in 2008, Ashe led IBM-s growing Business Analytics division as General Manager, where he served until March of 2012.
