The engineer of computer science deepened his knowledge in the past 20 years in addition to being ITIL ® Expert certified in the areas of hardware and software constantly in theory and practice. He has experience in project management and personnel management in the areas of Service Delivery, Presales and Solution Sales. His deep industry knowledge, based on his MBA in IT and Telecommunication and an MSc in IT Consulting, is complemented by comprehensive process knowledge in the field of IT service management. Before joining SolveDirect Pscheidl worked in the U.S. group CA Software as Director Solution Sales.
