WePay Adds Legal and Finance Firepower; Appoints Susan Dunn and Susan Oda to Executive Team

PALO ALTO, CA — (Marketwired) — 04/02/13 — , the surprisingly simple way for small businesses to accept credit cards, today announced the appointment of Susan Dunn as General Counsel and Susan Oda as Vice President of Finance.

Susan Dunn will be leading all product compliance and corporate legal matters as WePay-s General Counsel. Previously, Dunn served as General Counsel of PayCycle, Bill.com, and oDesk. Through those experiences, Dunn gained an in-depth understanding of developing issues surrounding payments law. Dunn began her career at Fenwick & West LLP, working closely with high technology clients. Dunn holds a BA and MA from Harvard University, as well as a JD from Stanford Law School, and at one time clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O-Connor.

Susan Oda will be leading all finance, accounting, and human resource functions as WePay-s Vice President of Finance. Susan previously worked at Intuit in their small business division and corporate finance. A thought leader in SaaS, Susan enabled SaaS metrics company wide and automated dashboards that have become a company benchmark. Prior to Intuit, she worked at Hewlett-Packard in their finance function, where she supported the VeriFone divestiture from Hewlett-Packard as well as several other acquisitions into HP-s Software Business Unit. She has an MBA from The UCLA Anderson School of Management and BA from UCLA.
