Hicks began her career 25 years ago and has held roles at two of the largest HR and payroll companies in the world. She has served in virtually all areas of multinational payroll which has left her with a diverse and wide-ranging skill set including strategic and business planning, change management, process consulting, client retention, revenue generation and staff training.
In her role at SafeGuard World International (SGWI) as VP, Global Program Management, Hicks is overseeing the Project Management Office, serving clients and strengthening SGWI-s service excellence culture and values. Having worked in the global HR and payroll industry her entire career, she has a deep understanding of a very complex industry and proven business acumen, giving her the tools she needs to solve complex business problems and create client value.
