AUSTIN, TX — (Marketwired) — 04/15/13 — myCampusTutors, L.L.C., provider of a fully interactive, online tutoring solution, announced today that it would offer unlimited free online tutoring for 6th-12th grade students as part of a limited public beta launch for their services and proprietary technology. Students will be able to schedule 30-minute or 1-hour sessions with certified tutors for help in Math, Science and Spanish until May 31, 2013.
Founded in 2012, myCampusTutors has been focused on integrating current technologies and automating business processes in order to provide a highly efficient, cost effective tutoring solution that serves the needs of students, parents, and tutors alike. Using the company-s online whiteboard technology, which features audio and video capability with document and desktop sharing, students can interact with tutors who can help with homework questions, test readiness and subject remediation. All tutors who work with the company must pass a rigorous certification process before they are added to the system.
