Net Optics Names Technology Industry Veteran as First COO on Heels of Significant Global Expansion

SANTA CLARA, CA — (Marketwired) — 04/22/13 — ., the leading provider of Total Application and Network Visibility solutions, today announced that supply chain and scalability expert, Dennis Omanoff, will take on the newly established role of Chief Operating Officer to lead the company-s rapid global growth. Net Optics is bringing in Omanoff during a record-breaking sales quarter and as it gets ready to release a broad spectrum of new products, including innovations in cloud and Software Defined Networking (SDN). Omanoff, who comes most recently from Seagate and McAfee, will oversee the continued development of Net Optics- global organization including business development, manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.

Omanoff comes to Net Optics from Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX), where he was responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance and financial results of the global organization. Omanoff previously was a key executive at McAfee during a multi-year transformation from Network Associates to McAfee, now a subsidiary of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC), where he served as SVP, Chief Supply Chain and Procurement Officer.

Omanoff is known for leading end-to-end global transformations at leading enterprises. He specializes in building strong teams that deliver best-in-class, metrics-driven results with proven processes that reduce complexity at multi-billion dollar enterprises.
