MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO — (Marketwired) — 04/30/13 — SoTel Systems, LLC (SoTel), a 32-year old voice and data product and services value added distributor headquartered in St. Louis, MO, is pleased to announce in tandem with TeleSwitch, a Miami, FL based Telecommunications Services company, its agreement for SoTel to assume the ongoing customer service and business activities for TeleSwitch-s Samsung value added reseller customer base throughout the United States.
As part of the arrangement, SoTel Systems has added a Miami, FL based Account Executive to its service team, and additionally has struck a logistics and fulfillment agreement with TeleSwitch. TeleSwitch will continue to stock and provide will-call access and one day shipping for Samsung telephony and data gear to South Florida regional Samsung Dealers.
“SoTel and TeleSwitch have known each other and done a lot of business together for many years,” noted TeleSwitch President Ken Cooke. “It was a very natural conversation to reach an agreement with their team. Because of this agreement, both companies are now further down the road with their respective strategic initiatives.”

SoTel becomes the official distributor of record beginning May 1.
