Prior to BMC, McMahon served as the chief operating officer and senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Services with BladeLogic. At BladeLogic, McMahon played a critical role in transforming the company from startup to public company, with the company-s initial public offering in 2007, and ultimately the firm-s $880 million acquisition by BMC Software.
