Hispanic IT Executive Council Hosts Third Annual Leadership Summit in Detroit

DETROIT, MI — (Marketwired) — 05/03/13 — The Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC), premier global executive leadership organization of senior business and IT executives, will host their third annual Q2 IT Leadership Summit, Transforming Communities Through Technology, May 16-17, 2013 at the GM Renaissance Conference Center in Detroit. In conjunction with this year-s theme, speakers and panelists will present and discuss various ways technology can be used to transform, improve and build communities.

Conference keynote speakers include: Fred Killeen, Chief Technology Officer at General Motors, Maru Flores, Global Manufacturing and MP&L Development Services Manager at Ford Motor Company, and other top executives and diversity leaders from companies across the Americas. Topics discussed at the conference encompass Cloud in the Car, Diversity and Inclusion, Latinas in Technology, and Healthcare Information Technology.
