Nominum Hires Sunny McRae as Vice President of Engineering to Advance Its Customer Experience Platform and Application Suite

REDWOOD CITY, CA — (Marketwired) — 05/08/13 — Announced today, Nominum has hired a Vice President of Engineering, Sunny McRae, to lead the expansion of the Nominum N2 Service Delivery Platform. Sunny will champion the development and delivery of solutions that enable communication service providers (CSPs) across the globe to provide differentiated services by leveraging existing network assets and customer behavioral data to create a richer customer experience. The solutions allow CSPs to monetize the customer experience through advanced profiling, intelligent policy management, action enforcement and direct notification.

McRae-s experience with inventing and growing industry-transforming platforms is a key part of his future work at Nominum. McRae spent 12 years as global technology and operations lead for the JPMorgan Chase Business Settlement Network, a platform that transformed financial settlement operations by connecting buyers and suppliers electronically. McRae developed the network at Xign Corporation, a company he co-founded, that was later acquired by JP Morgan Chase. Under his tenure, the supplier network increased to more than 116,000 vendors worldwide, and scaled to processes more than $400B in commerce per year. Prior to Xign Corporation, McRae co-founded Edify Corporation, an Internet software business offering on-demand electronic banking and human resources applications.
