The agency was able to strengthen its position on the market and start a busy 2013 with prominent new clients from the fields of tourism and technology (market leader W.L.Gore/GORE-TEX). Thanks to outstanding sales in 2012, the Munich design specialists were also able to reach 13th place in Germany”s Page ranking of CI/CD agencies.
One of the highlights of Zeichen & Wunder”s work in 2012 was the new SAP brand experience at CeBIT. This collaboration was so successful that SAP asked the agency to work on its booth and supporting media for CeBIT 2013 as well. Additional exhibition and trade show projects are currently in development.
Zeichen & Wunder has positioned itself as a specialist in the areas of brand design and 3D branding. The agency has a unique talent for bringing brands to life for consumers at a wide range of significant touch points – including print and online communication, the point of sale and trade shows. “The special challenge our clients face today is interconnecting all channels – both offline and online – in an intelligent way as to avoid any gaps in the consumer journey. You can only achieve this by strengthening the brand, creating a clear picture and telling a compelling story,” explained Irmgard Hesse, Managing Partner at Zeichen & Wunder.
Zeichen & Wunder submitted work to renowned design competitions for the first time in 2012 – winning a number of awards in the process. The agency won two international tdc awards from the New York Type Directors Club for the relaunch of its own brand design, as well as an award from the German Designer Club (DDC) in its “Good Design” (“Gute Gestaltung”) competition. Zeichen & Wunder also won an iF Award in the “Crossmedia – Corporate Design” category for the “Fans United” concept and its resulting campaign, store and online shop for Sport Münzinger in Munich.
