Mr. Jennings is a highly respected and experienced business-to-business marketing and sales professional. The election of Mr. Jennings to Skkynet-s Board will be voted on at the Company-s 2013 Ordinary Shareholder Meeting, which will be convened for early August, 2013. In the meantime, Mr. Jennings has been appointed to Skkynet-s Advisory Board.
