CALGARY, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 05/31/13 — GINSMS Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GOK) announces that MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants (the “Former Auditor”) of GINSMS have resigned, at the request of GINSMS, as auditor of GINSMS effective May 16, 2013 and the board of directors has appointed GHP Horwath, P.C., Chartered Accountants (the “Successor Auditor”) as auditor for GINSMS. The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between GINSMS and the Former Auditor on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
There were no reservations in the Former Auditor-s reports for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2011 and March 31, 2012. The Former Auditor did not audit or review any financial statements of GINSMS after March 31, 2012. There are no reportable events between GINSMS and the Former Auditor. The resignation of the Former Auditor as auditor of GINSMS has been approved by GINSMS- audit committee and its board of directors. The Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by GINSMS- audit committee and its board of directors and will be available on SEDAR at shortly.
