Cloud Sherpas Approved to Provide Customer Success Services for Google Apps

For a company to deliver CSS, it must be a Google Apps Premier Reseller that has met criteria, specified by Google, for delivering a consistently high standard of support and advisory services for Google Apps.

CSS provides enterprise customers with proactive communication (including access to Google-s Premium Customer Network, advanced road map presentations and access to Trusted Tester Program), advice and consultancy (including best practices, change management assistance, regular operational meetings, and apps usage guidance), and enhanced technical support (24/7 availability, case prioritization, faster response times, and direct access to experts). Additionally, customers are assigned a Designated Account Manager, a benefit that is not part of any other cloud management package offered by Google.
