Myer, who brings nearly 30 years of experience to the newly created position, will lead the Applications and Consulting Groups. Myer-s primary focus will be building on AllSector-s already significant project lifecycle methodology in order to bring products to market in an accelerated fashion while maintaining product quality and customer alignment.

Myer comes to AllSector from Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), where he served as vice president of Systems Design & Development. At VNSNY, Myer was instrumental in building and enhancing many of the VNSNY information technology systems. In particular, he led the design of all clinical systems to support VNSNY-s extensive home care business and was instrumental in the launching of integrated technology platforms to support the growth and expansion of the VNSNY CHOICE Health Plans. Myer also was active in clinical collaboration through Health Information Exchange. Prior to VNSNY, Myer led the emerging technologies group at the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA).
