CHARLOTTE, NC — (Marketwired) — 06/14/13 — A highlight every year at the NENA Conference & Expo are the PSAP Tours where conference attendees get an inside look at the operations of their colleagues. In an effort to encourage networking and sharing of best practices among public safety agencies, TriTech Software Systems is proud to sponsor the NENA PSAP tours.
NENA PSAP Tours will be held on Sunday, June 16, Monday, June 17, and Wednesday June 19 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Each tour visits Charlotte Fire Communications, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, and Medic 911.
TriTech customers since 1997, Medic 911 dispatches Mecklenburg EMS, Mecklenburg County Fire Departments & 1st Responders.
