Virident Hires Enterprise Software Industry Veteran as Vice President of Software Product Management

MILPITAS, CA — (Marketwired) — 07/02/13 — , the performance leader in flash-based storage-class memory (SCM) solutions, today announced the appointment of former Xyratex senior vice president of development, network storage systems, Paul Zuhorski, as the company-s new vice president of software product management. Zuhorski brings more than 15 years of product management experience to Virident, where he will be responsible for product management and marketing for the FlashMAX Connect suite of products.

Zuhorski joins Virident from Xyratex, where he was senior vice president of development for network storage systems providing solutions to customers such as NetApp, EqualLogic/Dell, IBM and Data Domain/EMCPreviously, Zuhorski served as executive director of the advanced solutions group at ADIC managing their StorNext and VTL solutions. Paul has also founded an enterprise storage software company, Invio, which was sold to Veritas/Symantec in 2004 and held senior product management roles at Legato before that.
