Gavin joins Talari from ShoreTel, where he was CMO since 2007. Gavin brings more than 30 years of high-growth communications expertise to Talari, including helping companies achieve market-leading status in emerging new market categories. He held senior management positions at four start-up companies that each enjoyed a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO), plus one that had a secondary public offering, and one that he helped sell to a public company in a successful exit.

He was also Chief Marketing Officer at InternetConnect, Senior VP of Marketing at Softnet Systems, Regional VP at Teligent, Corporate VP of Marketing and Product Development at Nextel Communications and Regional VP of Marketing at McCaw Cellular. Gavin is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also attended the Executive Education Program at Stanford University.
