The multi-country roll-out of contract billing, “Project Whitewater,” was delivered within reduced implementation time and marked a significant milestone for Valerus to convert its remaining business operations to SAP solutions later this year.
In partnership with Valerus, Sparta provided a robust IT platform to support Valerus- rapid growth and aggressive expansion plans. The project scope included implementation of SAP applications for finance and controlling, sales and billing, service management and procurement. SAP ERP includes functionality for asset lifecycle management, technical objects management, flexible intra-company and intercompany contracts set-up and billing management, operational and capital expense collection, and operational and CO-PA (profitability analysis) reporting.
