The Company filed the necessary Articles of Merger with the Nevada Secretary of State and has requested and received a new CUSIP number reflecting its corporate name, Xumanii International Holdings Corp® The new CUSIP number is 98420C 109. The Company has submitted the required documentation and has received notice that its corporate action will be effective on Tuesday July 30 2013.
