Seamlessly integrated into the Alfresco enterprise content management (ECM) solution, the zero-footprint Brava HTML client makes it easy to view and collaborate on content in virtually any format, including Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, image files, CAD drawings and more. Because it is an HTML viewer, it works in any web browser and there is no client to download or update.
Incredibly easy to use, Brava offers fast, accurate viewing and collaboration for hundreds of file formats, including CAD drawings. It also enables document searching and file thumbnails that can be used throughout the Alfresco interface.
Brava offers a range of markup tools, including IGC-s unique Changemark® comments. Publish the document, with all markups, to PDF to distribute it to outside reviewers.
Because Brava is tightly integrated to Alfresco, users can find the right content faster than ever. Search for a word or phrase in Alfresco, then right from the search results view, jump to the first hit — and each subsequent hit — in Brava.
Compare two documents in Brava, even in different formats. Making it easy to spot differences, Brava displays a report that lists additions, deletions and changes highlighted in different colors.
Quickly remove sensitive content from documents. Drag a box around an area in a document, select text or search for text strings — Brava completely removes the targeted content and saves the redacted document to a TIFF or PDF for distribution.
