(TSX VENTURE: VV), announces that Robert Joyce has resigned as a director and officer of Versatile and all of its subsidiary companies. Mr. Joyce will continue with the company in a consulting role as well as assisting in the transition with new management.
On July 31, 2013 Versatile announced the appointment of Kenneth Kahn as President of Versatile Systems Inc. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Global Brand Officer for Mood Media. Mr. Kahn has now been appointed the President of all of Versatile-s subsidiary companies.
