MONTREAL, QUEBEC — (Marketwired) — 08/26/13 — Logibec Groupe Informatique Ltee (“Logibec”) announced today it has acquired ReaEvolution Inc. (“ReaEvolution”), a Quebec-based company specializing in the development of medical charting and clinical decision support solutions for prehospital and emergency care. The entire ReaEvolution team, including its clinical researchers working at the CHU de Quebec, will be joining Logibec. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ReaEvolution-s breakthrough ReaScribe+ product, developed for resuscitation rooms, was recently recognized and bestowed the Award of Excellence by The Quebec Association of health and social services (AQESSS) as well as the Quebec Medical Association Award of Excellence for the development of a revolutionary technology platform.
