The latest release of Epicor Prophet 21 (version 12.12) has new Carrier-oriented features including expanded data import and export capabilities.
At Refrigeration Sales Corp., users will benefit from a fully integrated solution that incorporates a Microsoft Windows®-based platform and SQL Server® database offering in-depth data analytic tools for ease of retrieving information, and built-in customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities to drive additional revenue. Refrigeration Sales Corp. is the exclusive representative of the Carrier product line for 23 northeastern Ohio counties including Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Youngstown areas, and also has locations in Pittsburgh and Cranberry, Pennsylvania.
